Introducing Paulo Akiiki, Our Newest Contemporary Artist

Thursday, August 25th, 2011

SummertimeWe welcome Paulo Akiiki to our gallery, a widely exhibited contemporary artist both locally and internationally. Paulo’s art is a blend of African concepts with Western whirlpools strokes and color. Much of his inspiration comes from his youth in his native countryside, a vast area marked by varying bright, dry or lush green plains with dazzling sunlight and spectacular views on huge, shining lakes, light purplish blue skies, hazy hills and dark mountain ranges in the far distance.

We encourage you to view Akiiki’s artwork, and if you are interested in any of these pieces from Milan Fine arts, please contact the gallery at 504-887-8588 or via email at info@terigalleries.com.

The Milan’s art is an internationally distributed collection that would enhance any residence or commercial space. Some of their clients include collectors, interior designers, corporate art buyers, film industries, and gallery dealers. The Milan’s art is exhibited in many fine art Galleries throughout the US and Europe.

John and Elli Milan credit their success as artists to their faith. They receive their inspiration by the Spirit of God and feel called to the creative process. God, they believe, is the source for their vision they need as artists.

The Milans create their paintings together. Through years of studying and creating art, they have developed many innovative techniques, the most significant of which is the ability to work together. Throughout the process, their pieces are formed through many layers of paint and even more critiques. The outcomes are rich compositions layered with whimsical imagery, hints of narrative and aggressive pleasing colors. If you are interested in any of these pieces from Milan Fine arts, please contact the gallery at 504-887-8588 or via email at info@terigalleries.com.
